LIFETIME WARRANTY:

SmokedLamps.com offers a lifetime warranty that assures products are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacing or resurfacing of product, part or parts (tail-lamps) which may be returned to Smokedlamps.com with transportation charges prepaid. Additionally, an examination by Smokedlamps.com must disclose to its satisfaction that product has been determined as defective. Smokedlamps.com neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of herein offered products. This warranty does not apply to any products which have been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, improper operation. This warranty also does not apply to products that have been subjected to other than normal use which includes repair or alteration outside of the Smokedlamps.com facility in any way so as to compromise the original surface quality.
